Ádám Száraz is the new fitness coach of Vidi

As of Monday, the 29-year-old coach from the first team of DVSC will take over the duties of the fitness and conditioning coach of our NB I team.
 

Ádám Száraz was born on 30th June 1993 in Debrecen, Hungary. Between 2000 and 2011 he played for the DVSC youth team, then from 2011 to 2014 he played for Monostorpályi SE, and from 2014 to 2016 for Hajdúsámson.

During his university studies, he started working as an intern at the Debrecen Football Academy, and after graduating he continued working at Loki's academy, first as a coach, then as a fitness coach for the U17 and U19 teams.

Since January 2020, he has been working as the strength coach of the first team of DVSC, where he has also assisted Zoltán Vitelki, Elemér Kondás, the coaching duo Szabolcs Huszti-Gábor Toldi, Joan Carrillo, Joao Janeiro, the acting coach Tibor Dombi and Srdjan Blagojevic for the last three years. Ádám Száraz has completed the MLSZ strength and conditioning coaching course and is currently training at the FC Barcelona strength and conditioning coaches' online courses.

Our former first team strength coach, Zsolt Tóth, who celebrated Hungarian Cup victory in 2019, has left our club, we thank him for his work for Vidi and wish him all the best for his future career!
